How to Return Your Items

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our Fashion Squad at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Which items you’re returning/exchanging
  • Reason for return (helps us improve!)

I’d like to return/exchange the following item(s) from my order #12345:

– 1x Black Bodycon Dress (Size S)
– 1x Floral Romper (Size M)

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, carefully pack your items in their original packaging with tags still attached. Include the original packing slip or a note with your order number.

Step 3: Ship It Back

Send your return package to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.

Exchange Instructions

Want a different size or color of that perfect fit & flare dress? Follow the same process above, but specify “EXCHANGE” in your email and include:

  • The item you want instead
  • Preferred size/color

We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Refund Details

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

International Returns

Our global customers (except some Asian and remote areas) may return items following the same process. Please note:
